In nature,
beyond electronics

Think about the world of electronics and then focus on the sound of nature.
With INNOITALY you will no longer perceive the boundaries.

In nature, beyond electronics.

We want to overcome the paradigms of traditional electronics by making it sustainable, energetically independent and versatile.

For a future in which IoT customers will forget the conventional meaning of electronics because electronics will become part of nature itself.

Our devices are designed to simplify and solve problems, invisibly.

Positioning themeselves within the natural ecosystem, respecting the environment and having a positive impact on the supply chain, with a special consideration for the lifespan
of individual electronic components.

All certified made in Italy.

To go beyond simple electronics, going back to nature.

Our Beliefs

A positive impact for a positive present also in the future.

Our Beliefs

Why not contribute
to the change?

01.

Electronics connects, simplifies and solves.
INNOITALY develops and creates innovative solutions, but with a positive impact on the environment and on society.
Even with small but significant gestures, be part of the change.
Many small individual changes generate a great evolution.

02.

Innoitaly does this by anticipating the future with continuous scouting of the latest technologies and the most sustainable solutions with the aim of accelerating positive change in the electronics sector and leaving a green footprint in the present and future.

Our startup has not just started.

140 years of experience, all together.

Born recently but with a long gestation, INNOITALY is the union of multidisciplinary profiles united by a single objective and certainty: that we can finally make sustainable electronics with a positive impact.

Michele Carlet, entrepreneur, founded the check up company in 1991 with a precise business model: carrying out a technological check up on a specific application/product and related benchmark with the market, in order to find the best solution and competitive advantage in product restyling.

Thanks to this, he collaborated with important brands such as Jacuzzi. Thanks to this innovative model, in the last 20 years, it has filed over 20 patents and/or utility models, collaborated with university departments and operated in the typical models of open innovation.

Great attention has always been paid to human/machine interaction by offering the market, anticipating it, touch screens, including IP-proof ones, dynamic graphics and capacitive sensors.

The choice.

“INNOITALY is an ambitious and challenging project: producing electronics useful for the health of people, animals and plants and at the same time with low environmental impact, is a union where different disciplines converge in a business model which naturally leads to the typical dynamics of open innovation. From electronics, to nano materials, to chemistry and microbiology, these are just some examples of verticals where an INNOITALY project has a transversal nature and the possibility, by bringing them together, to amplify every single innovation by integrating and scaling it industrially. A virtuous cycle that fuels research and creates a positive effects on the entire supply chain.”

“As a father, I often ask myself what I can do, despite my limited capabilities, to try to leave a better world for those who come after me; to give meaning and value to what we do every day; a value that does not end in limited and limiting dimension of the now/today immediately.
Working with this team of professionals is a solid basis for aspiring to change the paradigms of traditional electronics, making it truly sustainable, both from an environmental and social point of view. To be able to be an active agent of a change that starts from electronic products, but which aims to extend its positive impact to people's lifestyle and quality of life too.”
